The NFL offseason has mostly come and gone, and with it comes a new batch of power rankings for everyone to enjoy. The latest is from Touchdown Wire's Jarrett Bailey, who broke down all 32 teams and their standings following free agency and trades throughout the league.

As for where the Bucs land in his power rankings, they find themselves in the middle of the pack at the 15th spot, coming off another season where they earned an NFC South title. Sadly, they did not advance past the Wild Card Round which may be why the team is not earning a more respectful placement.

Bailey explains their placement writing, "I worry about Tampa Bay having a third different offensive coordinator in three years, but Josh Grizzard being on the staff last year takes away some of those worries. As does Baker Mayfield, who is coming off a 4,500-yard, 41-touchdown season. I do have questions about their pass rush - hello Haason Reddick. Playing the Saints twice will help."

Losing Liam Coen will be a hindrance to starting the year, but growing pains can be overcome. Baker Mayfield has a chance to repeat that performance, in part due to the return of Chris Godwin for another year with Mike Evans. So all-in-all, the Bucs have a chance to really overperform this 15th placement ranking they received.
