Bulls and Wizards both win

I find it ironic that the day of the "tanking" post on ESPN two of the worst franchises win.

Unfortunately the Bulls win came over the Cavs.

The teams' management might tank, but the players hardly ever do. Those Eastern teams have to play each other, too--somebody's got to win those games.

Over the last 10, Phoenix is actually gaining on most of the teams below them. There's still hope for that top-2 pick that would seriously upgrade the team's talent level.

(I'm sure the other teams would love to see that happen... )
