Bulls star Derrick Rose is a game-time decision for his first meaningful home game since he injured his left knee in the 2012 playoffs. Rose did not participate in Chicago's shootaround ahead of Thursday night's game against the New York Knicks, and coach Tom Thibodeau said the speedy point guard has a sore neck. ''Trainer Fred Tedeschi ''and the medical team has to determine whether he can go or not. Rose missed an exhibition game in Brazil due to soreness in his left knee.
