Burning Youtube Videos in Flash Format to DVD

Assuming someone was trying to do this, eh hem, is anyone aware of how to do this or what program or software would be necessary?

This will convert .flv files to .mpg, which is friendlier for playing on your PC and burning onto a dvd.
