Bush fires Ornstein, could backfire on USC

REggie Bush has fired marketing agent Mike Ornstein and that has PFT speculating it could be bad news for USC if Ornstein is sufficiently unhappy that he decides to spill the beans to the NFL over his involvmement with Reggie while he was at USC. Theyr'e already investigating whether Reggie and his family took illegal benefits.

Mostly innuendo but it is interesting because apparently the split was NOT amicable and given Ornstein's reputation as a hothead maybe he really will go after Bush and USC?

I know the general impression from other Pac 10 teams is Bush broke the rules and the NCAA seems to be ignoring it, so it would be interesting if Ornstein did talk to the NCAA now.

Wishful thinking Russ. He's not going to rat Bush out unless he never wants to represent a professional athlete again. Probably 80% if not more of guys in the NFL and NBA received some improper benefits at the college level.
