Miguel Cabrera homered twice, Brandon Inge connected for the third consecutive game and the Detroit Tigers beat the Toronto Blue Jays 5-1 on Wednesday night for their first victory of the season. Zach Miner allowed one run and six hits in 5 2-3 innings for Detroit, which lost its first seven games last year and finished last in the AL Central.
