Miguel Cabrera has left Detroit's game against Tampa Bay on Sunday in the seventh inning after being hit around the left knee with a pitch. Cabrera was hit by Dana Eveland's pitch while leading off the bottom of the seventh. The Detroit slugger hobbled around for a while, and trainer Kevin Rand came out to check on him.
