Are there any Xbox 360/PC joint servers?

I figured as much. I did perform a rather extensive search looking for this answer, and came up empty.

One of my clients (a PC gamer) insists that he's been in-game with Xbox Live users. Once my boss (Xbox360 guy) heard this, and asked me to find out if it was true.

I came to the conclusion that my client is mistaken, and that the online players he's talking about are actually Windows Live users.
