Callum Hudson-Odoi to make return from injury for Chelsea in Carabao Cup

Callum Hudson-Odoi will make his Chelsea first-team return against Grimsby in the Carabao Cup on Wednesday night, with Reece James also in line to make his first-team debut, as the pair step up their recoveries from injury. Hudson-Odoi has been out since rupturing his Achilles in April, while James underwent ankle surgery in the summer which has prevented him playing for Frank Lampard until now. The pair have both played in Chelsea's last two Under-23 games and head coach Lampard has confirmed they will be involved against League Two Grimsby.
