Financially invested, not great options available on the wire. He can come be active if a player is out with an injury and knows the offense.

Kelemete being inactive is concerning but I disagree with K9 on how much. The Cards obviously want a backup C on gameday but must not believe the gap between Snyder and Kelemete is small enough to warrant Synder as back C.

I posed to question to Urban, but I wonder if the issue with Kelemete is strength AND comprehension of the playbook. If you read the Nate Potter article it mentions he was working with Kelemete and Kelemete was struggling with the complexity of the playbook. Disappointing to say the least as I thought he would be able to impact the Cards this year with his athleticism and ability to pull.
