The Giants had the ball near their own goal line on first down. They handoff to Bradshaw, who gets a yard or two, and is then called for a personal foul. Why did the clock stop with 2:45 left?

Injury Timeout. You could hear an official say time out and the announcers mentioned that the trainers came on the field.

And they nearly gave them first down again. Earlier we get a 5 yard penalty and they spot it 4 yards before correcting it.

Guess refs are human and if they get it right in the end that's good enough

There also appeared to be holding in the endzone on the following play. Tough call to make, but that should have been a safety

They were holding on EVERY play it seemed.....no calls. I was screaming for a penalty in their endzone.

Didn't call PI on guys coming over the back of receivers before the ball arrived either. Fortunately the refs called that both ways. If tonight's game had been an NBA tilt people would say the refs were "letting them play".

True, the big catch and run by Boldin looked like a wrestling match, both guys pushing, the stronger guy won.

If they would let the Card tackles hold like the Giant oline, Warner would never get sacked. Maybe Grimm should give Levi some lessons in holding. I believe that is part of the reason that Brown gets beat so many times. When he gets beat, he does not seemingly grab them like so many opponents do.

One thing I noticed last week is that the Cards olinemen don't seem to get their hands on guys with arms extended, especially grabbing the outside of the shoulders, like other teams olinemen do.

There was a helmet to helmet as well by us that was never called... several calls were left on the field... there were 2-3 PI's that could have easily been called. They just let it go or were just poor officiating crew.

Yep. Antrell's wallet will be a little lighter this week for that hit on Boss. He didn't look like he was trying to lead with his helmet, but he did.

Poor? I prefer watching games that don't feature the officiating crew!

As Dj said, "they were letting them play." And as long as they call them the same for both sides let it be decided on the field not by the officials.
