I agree. Rickey adds something to every ball club. He isn't the answer to their woeful offense (by far the worst I've seen this year), but he is a more than capable leadoff replacement for the injured Roberts.
The Dodgers still need a big bat to hit behind Green.

Dodgers offense was as bad as I've seen this weekend. They may have got the jump on Detroit earlier in the season, but that won't hold if they hit they way they did against Arizona. Even w/ Rickey.

Good point - although Detroit just swept the CWS by scoring just seven runs.

By the way, and maybe I should put this in the thread about how bad the NL Central is, the light scorong Dodgers somehow managed to score 15 runs in two games against St. Louis.
