So, I'm all hooked up with my new computer, working from home, but my "received time" on all my emails in outlook is off by an hour. The received time shows an hour earlier than actual time. (I receive an email at 1:00 p.m., but it says noon). My clock is fine in the lower right of my screen, and I went into Outlook's advanced set up features & it says that I'm in AZ time, so wtf? It's really irritating me. The emails I receive are from Texas & East coast, so it's not like I'm getting the time they sent it, or it'd be off in the other direction. I even sent myself a test email from my personal account, and it was off, too. It's not even off an exact hour. I sent myself an email at 1:18 p.m. (per my computer's clock) and the email shows received at 12:12.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. I have Cox internet, if that matters.

Really sounds like a time zone issue. Check that the time zone is set to AZ time on the system clock in the bottom right.

It is--has been all along. The really weird thing is, my other log-in name (at start-up) has my personal email account, & the time is just fine on that one. I'm using OE for that one, so I really think it must be an Outlook issue.

Thanks for trying, though.

My whole stupid Outlook setup is whacked, anyway. Every day, my first email of the day it says that Word is supposed to be my email editor, but it's either busy or not where it's supposed to be (or something to that effect). Word is installed just fine, and I can't figure out how to tell Outlook where it's at. It is all very frustrating. :(
