No, this team will not reach the post season. They can't score, they can't beat quality teams, they can't make plays when they need to. Perfect example just now: Villareal cannot handle a comebacker that would have been a double play. Instead of having a runner on third and 2 outs for Bonds it is now bases loaded and no outs with Bonds coming up. These are the plays that good teams make, and the Dbacks are just not making them.

NO, because they suck!!!

and

Curt's gonna lose it.

Randy might be happy to stay here. I think he likes raising his family here but don't be surprised if Curt really pressures the team for a trade this off season. Especially when everybody knows they won't do anything to upgrade this pathetic offense during the offseason.

It really makes no sense to keep Curt here if they're not going to try and upgrade this offense.

It really makes no sense to trade Curt but keep Randy. The 99 team showed that Randy alone cannot win a championship with this team. No matter what if we have Randy/Curt/Webb we have a chance if we have an offense. I don't see them trading Curt, and I don't see Curt demanding a trade out of here.

Where are the dbacks going to get a decent offense. They owe so much in defered salaries they won't be able to sign anybody for at least 3 years.

And Randy is our ticket to Cooperstown. No way he gets traded unless he's asking for it.

Trading Curt would not be a move to give the Dbacks a better chance of winning, it would be a move to cut our losses and try to move on.

...

I still think it isn't out of reach but the way it is going..they won't make it..No Offense!..Offseason they need to get someone who can get on base as a leadoff..and someone who is a power hitter from the right side..They should keep the pitching as it is...
