The Montreal Canadiens got the point they needed to make the playoffs in a season filled with adversity and disappointment. Minutes after Montreal clinched a playoff spot by forcing overtime, Mark Recchi scored his second goal of the game to give the Boston Bruins a 5-4 victory over the Canadiens on Thursday night.
