Montreal Canadiens defenseman P.K. Subban was released from a hospital Friday after sustaining a neck injury against the Buffalo Sabres. Coach Michel Therrien said Subban will undergo treatment and won't be available for the game against Minnesota on Saturday, ending his streak of 273 consecutive regular-season games. Subban was taken off the ice on a stretcher near the end of the third period after falling and being struck in the head by teammate Alexei Emelin, who accidentally ran into him.
