I use 4 or 5 different email addresses. Is there a program that I can enter each address and it will bring up all email within that address?

Outlook will do it, but you need to make an account for each e-mail addy with the POP/SMTP host entered and your username/pw.

Go search on your email host and look for "POP".

Gmail lets you do it for free (server: pop.gmail.com). Yahoo charges. Your ISP should do it for free.

If you don't have outlook Mozilla Thunderbird is free and looks like it can do the same thing, but I have no experience with it.

Add all your existing email accounts to Gmail (settings - accounts) and tell it not to leave a copy.

Then never look back, you will be getting all your email in gmail. One place to look. I never go to the actuall other accounts anymore. I just get it all in gmail sorted however I want.

Once you get used to automatically labeling and filtering you will wonder how you ever managed without it.
