I have seen numerous fans talking about going to see the Cardinals play the Lions on Dec. 20th. There are a ton of tickets available for this game (ebay, stubhub, etc.) Detroit has a beautiful indoor stadium and that game should have huge playoff implications which makes it a great time to take our "12th man advantage" on the road. If we market this right we might be able to turn it into a Cardinals home game!

Go Cardinals!

My away game this year will be at Chicago on November 8th. No way in hell I'd go to Detroit over Chicago to watch the Cards

Word up. Soldier Field is in a great spot (unless the wind in blowing off the lake in late November-January).

The only place I'd leave PHX for in winter is Denver or Seattle to get a ski day up in one of the areas. Detroit in winter doesn't sound too appealing.

We'll have to plan a get together. We'll (Linderbee and I) be there too.

It would be cool to see a few of you there, my wife and I already have our plane tickets. We are flying to Detroit Friday Dec 18th on the redeye. I have a friend and his wife that live near Detroit we will be staying and going to the game with. My wife called the Lions and they told her single game tickets have not gone on sale so we don't have game tickets yet though.

Hmmm, Detroit and Chicago during the middle of winter. I think I'll wait a few months and catch the Cards in Miami!

December 20 is not the middle of winter. :)

Winter ends around April or May here.

My brother and I will be at the Chicago game. We really want to have fun tailgating. This will be the first game that we have been to together since earl farrell gave us tickets to see the cards open against dallas in the eighties(cards won).

Just an FYI for those planning on going to Da Bears game on 11/8 - single game tickets for that game go on sale this Sat, 7/25. Not sure what time, but the Bears website has that info. My wife & I will be there, but we're not getting tickets until closer to game time cuz if it's cold my wife doesn't want to go to the game.

On a side note, I did pick up a pair for the 11/29 Titans game in Nashville this past weekend, so we will be there for sure!

great to see the cards road following growing.

I assume that the Rams game will have the same great Cards following that it has had the last few years??

we'll be at the Chicago game. I've never been to Detroit even though it's not that long of a drive. I wouldn't mind keeping it that way.

for all the out of towners going to the Chicago game, the Wyndham hotel in downtown Chicago, right in the middle of everything and very nice, was having a special of $139/night for that weekend. That's pretty cheap for for downtown Chicago(normally in the 250+ range for the nicer places). I'm not sure if they still have it going on but it's worth a look into. I think i booked it through hotels.com.

Originally from NJ myself and now living in Nashville area. Let me know if you want to get together when you come down. Same goes for anyone else.

Dated a girl from Garwood NJ in the early 80's ....Doesn't seem that long ago. Where does the time go.

Hey everybody, I'm moving back to DC in October after five years in Peru and I have the Chicago, Tennessee, St.Louis and Detroit games on my road trip list. Obviously can't do them all but maybe somehow we can figure out how to coordiante who's going where and try to hook up - for defensive purposes and to make some noise. I'm from Chicago and hate the Bears (and Cubs) most of all so that would be my first choice.

GBR!!!

I'm up for Detroit, but it'd be based more on the potential for future income more than current.

I'm very interested though...

When you get your tickets for Detroit, post your seat number and if I'm able to go I'll try and get in the ballpark.

At the very least, we've got to do ASFN halftime meets at any big away game!

I'll see you guys at the Titans game!

For titans tickets, I was wondering if there was anywhere where I could pick up a cheap ticket to the game (I forgot to pick up tix on saturday)?
