Cards just destroyed themselves today. I just don't get it. This is such a horrible pick. These types of QBs just don't work. When will the rest of the league and a lot of fans realize it? Of course someone will say "Russell Wilson". Uh. ok. That is exactly ONE anomaly. How many times has the media been crazy about a very athletic QB only to be extremely disappointed in him after a couple years in the league? Look at the best QBs in the league. Brady, Brees, Rodgers, Roethlisberger, Rivers. The only guy in that group that can even be somewhat considered very athletic is Rodgers. Give me the slow white guy with an accurate arm all day every day. Rosen was going to be one of those guys and the Cards blew it.

Klingsbury will be fired in 2 years. I would say he will be fired after this coming season but the Cards front office doesn't want to look like complete idiots doing that two years in a row.

It is going to be a long long time living in the cellar. Well, at least the Dbacks are playing well.

But perennial all pro is, and should be, your expectation from the #1 overall pick. Anything less is likely a disappointment. Look at Matthew Stafford. He doesn’t totally suck but I’m willing to bet a very large number of lions fans consider him a disappointment. It’s the nature of the pick and position.
