PITTSBURGH (AP) -- The St. Louis Cardinals held catcher Yadier Molina out of the lineup on Wednesday against the Pittsburgh Pirates a day after injuring his back, neck and shoulder in a violent home plate collision with Pittsburgh second baseman Josh Harrison.
