So does this mean we essentially pissed away 2 draft picks for him for 2 good games? Stupid, stupid, stupid. Only this team.
Yes we did, therefor we keep him. At least then it wasn't stupid, if we cut him, yes you are right, that would have been a really bad trade.

And yes, we traded one and lost another one.

sixth rounders...I wouldnt sweat it much...we have guys on the practice squad already
Doesn't matter. Tom Brady was a 6th round pick. Antonio Brown was a 6th round pick. Pierre Garcon was a 6th round pick. Jason Kelce was a 6th round pick. Greg Hardy was a 6th round pick. There are several other examples so you just can't dismiss it out of hand. On a team full of holes, you need as many picks as you can get.

I get where you're going, but you should have stopped before including Jason Kelce and Greg Hardy...a Center and a banned/criminal DE don't really help your argument. JMO...

I'll give BASK all the credit in the world for the DJ pick....but as far as the draft goes, Is there a key addition I'm forgetting?

I guess what I'm saying.... The extra pick just seems like another failure in the making.

Our Drafts have been horrible for so long, I've lost track.

Markus Golden? Budda Baker? Tyrann Mathieu? To a lesser extent, John Brown, JJ Nelson and DJ Humphries?

I dig this but over a period of 5 drafts and all we can come up with are 6 or 7 players with only one of which a 1st rounder, that really isn't helping Keim's case here especially given the fact that the jury is still out on that 1st rounder.

You wish we had Kelce as our center.
My point being, the first 3 are game changers...the last 2, not so much. Yes, he's a good center, but I'd rather have the TE Kelce...lol

Honestly, I went through and took a look at some other "successful" teams out there, and the lack of household names was pretty shocking in the past 5 years. Of course we have teams like the Saints who had a draft here or there that knocked out out of the park in a draft or two, but I'd put us at middle of the pack.

Makes quick comparisons easy.

I know technically we're trying to indict scouting/the GM here, but our history also looks more solid if you include Chandler Jones for that 2nd round pick.
