I"m wondering how he can improve his game... Maybe RAC yards ala Boldin...he could add 5-8 pounds of muscle, while leaning himself down 3-5 more lbs for a net gain of 3lbs and an increase of quickness and speed. Lott will peg the perfect combination for Fitz this year, do not worry!!

How can he improve?
Downfield blocking. Crisper route running and cuts (Most of Fitzy's signature catches are straight deep routes or red zone fades where he turns around and jumps high to outfight everyone for the football. (although that cut up the middle after the catch off that inside route in the 4th quarter of the Supe showed us something exciting and new).

What he's shown so far has been good enough to make him top dawg (or close to it), and its not that he's a bad route runner or downfield blocker - just that there's still room to grow in those areas.

Also - when a guy's that good, you have to figure that other teams we play will devote additional practice-time figuring out how to defense him - for example, by repeatedly hammering him as he goes up to make the high catch. If he can become more deadly breaking off his routes and separating to get wide open, it could be the counter-answer to whatever other teams have planned for him (and also - by making him less vulnerable to big hits - help extend his career).

Fitz has become the premier WE in football today. When you take EVERYTHING into account there can be no argument. Hands, leaping ability, his value to this team ,team player and he is humble unlike many of the goofball wr's out there.

Could you ever imagine Larry anouncing he was changing his name to "nueve"? )I think that is spanish for 11 :) )
