I Order Online on Monday Cardinals Jacket and It was sopose to be here today.It was on Fedex On FedEx vehicle for delivery

Ok the problem is that I never got it.They usully knock
and walk away I didnt hear a Knock or see a box all day so what should I do?Iam so mad here what I order

Hate to say it, but you're basically screwed. You can call Fed Ex, but they will just tell you to call the company you ordered from, and if you call the company they will tell you to call Fed Ex.

If you order something Fed Ex, never get standard ground. That's usually the most attractive option because it's cheap, but standard ground doesn't require a signature. I know it's not the answer you want, but your only real option is order a new one and next time pick 2 day or overnight as those require a sig.

For shipments to residential addresses, shippers can choose from three FedEx Delivery Signature Options. A fee applies.

Note: If the shipper does not select one of the three signature options, FedEx may deliver the shipment without a signature.

$1.50 gets you Indirect Signature Required. FedEx will obtain a signature in one of three ways:
From someone at the delivery address; or
From a neighbor, building manager or other person at a neighboring address; or
The recipient can sign a FedEx door tag authorizing release of the package without anyone present.

$2.50 gets you Direct Signature Required. FedEx will obtain a signature from someone at the delivery address. If no one is at the address, FedEx will reattempt delivery. For FedEx Express shipments, the recipient may also choose to pick up the package at the location listed on the door tag.

$3.50 gets you Adult Signature Required. FedEx will obtain a signature from any person at least 21 years old (government-issued photo identification required) at the delivery address. I order from Nflshop and they service is FEDX and they always knock when i order there but I check every hour and it was not there and no knock all day something is fishy??NFL shop said they gonna call today and see whats going on with Fed x.That Cardinals Jacket was a birthday gift for satuday next week.
