Things are looking better at Busch Stadium. With just over 40 games left in 2018, the St. Louis Cardinals are gunning for a spot in the National League Playoff Wildcard. Longtime Cardinal pitcher Adam Wainwright has been with the club his entire 13 years and has been part of World Series teams and 12 winning seasons. Currently on the disabled list, Wainwright is still plenty busy supporting his teammates while also working to make a difference in the world through his charity efforts in Big League Impact. I spoke to Wainwright a week ago by phone, and he also had a lot to say about St. Louis and how the 11-time world champion club makes Busch Stadium a special place for the national pastime.
