I always read a bunch of the media predictions first and finish it all off with Gollin's matchup analysis on the BRS.

This is the season's pivotal game for us, between two equally talented teams. They seem headed down, coming apart. If we are truly going in the other direction, this game will tell us.

I believe we are headed up.

The Cardinals will find a way to win. How or by how much is beyond me to predict. We will win.

I'm the same, something tells me this team will find a way to win. I will settle for a very ugly game as long as we find a way to win on the road. I hope ocho cinco leaves the popcorn at home in this one.

at some point, this team (by pure randomness, perhaps) will play a game where it doesnt turn the ball over and have only an average number of penalties -- and will win by three TDs or more.

Why not this sunday?

I sure hope you're right Jim. I think we win as well.

Crazy, ugly, luck, devine intervention, whatever it takes.

it's a road game. that = loss to me.

we win the next two at home, setting up a monsterous showdown with the Seahags.

I almost agreed, but a strong belt of koolaid woke me up to truth.

Cards win 23-17.

I find it very hard to say we will win on the road. But we are playing one of the worst D's in the league if not the worst D in the league. They most unsure I have been about what will happen then any other game so far.

I say blitz 5-6 men every play and screw it if they get a big play from one of the 3 WR's. Dont think our our guys can handle those 3 for any of period of time anyways so might as well blitz, blitz, blitz instead of sit back and get picked on.

We match up well

There terrible D makes our turnover prone O look good.

Our good D neutralizes their good O.

We win 28 to 14.

I bow before you, Sir.

Too much Karl Strauss in me - pivotal game ahead - must win. Going beyond my generic prediction and out onto the limb:

Cards - 28
Candy Corns - 23 (Safety goodness by Warner)

Cincy defense is horrible and that team is falling apart. Lewis doesn't instill confidence in his players and they're one of the most predictable offenses in the league. If there's a penalty, count on them running the ball.

This game is all about ball control. If we can pound the rock and win the time of possession game, which we should be able to do, we win. The Bungals run game is actually going to be worse now that Rudi Johnson is back. Kenny Watson is a better option for them right now. Let's hope they keep Rudi in.

Watson is really the wild card in this. With Berry out, if Blackstock and Tafoya don't keep contain and overpursue, they'll kill us with screen passes to Watson all day.

And if Green is out, they'd be stupid not to go left every single running play.

That being said, Cards will run the ball well and keep their offense off the field and out of any rhythm. Whiz knows the Bengals weaknesses and that team is barely holding it together so once we get a lead and things go wrong for them, they'll fall completely apart.

I think we win this game 31-14.

This isn't the "same old Cardinals" anymore.

everyone keeps saying the Bengals are falling apart. Didn't they just win 21-0 on the road? When was the last time we pulled off such a feat? They're 1 game worse than, coming off a big win, playing a team who's notoriously bad on the road. I mean, I can see why people say we have a chance, but completely writing off the Bengals at this point? I don't see it.

I think we win a close one, but I have nothing to base this on other than a feeling. The bad road record has to stop at some point in time, so it might as well be here.

Its hard to win on the road with your starting QB giving up 2 turnovers. QB K Warner almost always gives up 2 turnovers.
