Are you freaking kidding? He throws a pick with no receivers in the area and with time to throw, he nearly gets picked by Polumalu because he is throwing off his back foot with ZERO pressure coming. These mistakes are not the lines fault. Kolb just looks horrible.

I mean seriously, have we seen ANY sign that Kolb is anything but horrible? The only time he can complete something farther than 10 yards up field is if Larry Fitz tears the ball away from 2-3 defenders.
