Fits the theme. 31 I think I read. 3 years WR coach in Washington.
lol. I imagine Gannon probably resonates better with younger coaches. Just going off of his quotes and articles he is definitely hungry and wants a similar mindset. Tough to have that when you have been in the league for 15 years.Hopefully the HC doesn’t hire any boomers.
It's devastating to have all these young talented coaches. We need more old failures.
It will be interesting to see what his title ends up being. I am hoping the Cardinals go with a volume approach for their offensive staff. Young, smart and hungry can work as long as the guys have some time to figure out what they don't know or what isn't working. Being able to spread the work out can provide that.Again more hopium from me, but this guy was considered a huge talent also. Was hoping we'd get him in some capacity once I heard about him, so super happy with this. Again, it's all in his hands to become a success or a failure
The group approach seems to work in KC, although they have one of the best at the top of the pyramid. It will be interesting to see what his title ends up being. The handful of games I watched I was impressed with the separation their receivers got. This is my favorite hire so far (not that I have a depth of knowledge). I mean, WAS's WRs were really effective and well developed.
Jefferson never seemed to teach anything on Hard Knocks, just talking to players mainly. I'm sure this hire will be a whole lot better. The handful of games I watched I was impressed with the separation their receivers got.
