What are the chances of Philly loxing a big game like this at home? Oh yeah...
Voted Carolina. Their lack of talent in the secondary will be evened out by Phlly's lack of talented WR's and the Panthers front 7 will be too much for McNugget and co. Carolina also has a more balanced offense and better special teams.
Philly. The Eagles have paid all of the dues it takes to get to a Super Bowl. Sure, the Carolina victories over Dallas and St. Louis were really neat-o. But, I think they get beaten up pretty good in this game.
If Davis plays Carolina will run wild and win. They're loose and Fox will gamble. McNabb is great and it's time for Philly to win, but to me they lack some intangibles. DO they really look like Superr Bowl champions to anyone?
I'm rooting for Philly. Have been rooting for them in the playoffs the past couple years since the Cards have been out. Can tell you the weather here sucks. Rain. Snow last night. Not as cold as it has been though. In the 20s or low 30s I think. Not much wind.
Eagles will win. Without a healthy Steven Davis, I don't think Carolina has a shot. That said, I hope they beat the crap out of the Philthydelphia. City of Brotherly love, my arse.
