Cats with an impressive win on the road at NC State

The Cats won at NC State, winning 72-62. It's never easy to win on the road, especially with a young team against an ACC school.

Yes, road wins are always good. Remains to be seen as to how good the win will be come March. NC State has lost to the only good teams they have played.

I'd say decent more than impressive only because it was a true road game across the country. But let's be realistic here, NC State is terrible.

They're not horrible but they were without their best player.

It's amazing, USC has the 2 most impressive non conf wins, Texas and Tennessee. Both those teams are struggling in comparison to recent years but Texas' only other loss was by 2 to Pitt, and UT has beaten Pitt and Nova.

I don't think SC is the best team in the pac 10, but they have the best wins.

Our Cats are 11-2. Our best non conference record in a decade and there are no threads about it. I guess its because we didnt play anyone really, but I am pretty sure we are tournament capable.
