Cavaliers veteran forward Shawn Marion is expected to miss two weeks with a hip injury. Marion, who began the season in Cleveland's starting lineup, underwent an MRI on Monday and the test revealed a strained left hip. Marion did not travel with the Cavs to Detroit for Tuesday night's game against the Pistons. Cleveland has won 16 of 18.
