Cavs' O'Neal out for sixth straight game (AP)

Cleveland Cavaliers center Shaquille O'Neal is out for Wednesday's game against Detroit with an injured shoulder, the sixth game in a row he will miss. O'Neal hasn't played since a Nov. 12 win over Miami. The Cavs are being cautious with O'Neal after acquiring him from Phoenix in an offseason trade.
