As luck would have it a friend of mine starts a job next week for Wilson Electronics. I was researching cell signal boosters because people complain about the service here at work. We also have the problem at home(Verizon) more with my girlfriends iPhone than my phone. She often has messages when the phone never rung.
Wilson gets very good reviews on Amazon. They seem to have a lot of units for small office or home but I didn't see anything for larger office. We currently have 20,000 square feet but will be moving to 50K or more around January.
Anybody have any feedback either home or office?
For home I'd love to get something that doesn't require me to drill a hole in the roof or an exterior wall to run a cable through. I could mount something on my side patio area there's already a hole there because the prior owner ran speaker cable through it, but I'd rather not have to make a new hole and I have no idea if that location would be facing the correct direction for the cell tower.
In the office I'm less concerned about that my guess is we'd probably have to install several of them to cover the whole building but there are usually existing roof penetrations in a commercial building you can just run a cable through on your own.
