Celtics forward Paul Pierce has been ejected from Game 1 of Boston's Eastern Conference semifinal series against the Miami Heat after picking up two technical fouls on separate plays in the fourth quarter. Pierce got the second of those with 7 minutes remaining, after tangling with Miami guard Dwyane Wade.
