Apr. 13—BOSTON — The Boston Celtics signed Maine Celtics guard JD Davison to a standard contract, the team announced Sunday.
Davison, the 2024-25 G League MVP, averaged 25.1 points, 5.2 rebounds, 7.4 assists and 1.5 steals per game for Maine. He ranked fourth in the league in scoring and seventh in the league in assists.
Boston selected Davison with the 53rd overall pick in the 2022 NBA Draft.
