Meaning no Marion or JJ.
Just Eisley 6.4M$, Chicago pick, Milos, Zarko 1.3M$, Casey 1.1M$, Vroman 400k or Lampe 900k.

Raef LaFrentz 6'11 9.1M$ (5yrs/55M$ left)
Desagana Diop 7' 2.7M$
Tony Battie 6'11 4.8M$ (2yrs/10M$)
Elden Campbell 7' 4.4M$
Cliff Robinson 6'11 5.3M$
Scott Pollard 6'11 5.8M$ (2yrs/12M$)
Lorenzen Wright 6'11 7.1M$ (2yrs/14.8M$)
Michael Olowokandi 7' 5.4M$ (2yrs/11.4M$)
Alonzo Mourning 5.4M$ (3yrs/18M$)
Nazr Mohammed 4.5M$ (2yrs/10.7M$)
Dikembe Mutombo 4.5M$
Marc Jackson 4.2M$ (3yrs/13.5M$)
Dale Davis 9M$
Jerome James 4.5M$
Calvin Booth 5.9M$ (3yrs/19M$)

FA centers left would be Dampier, Ostertag and Divac who could be signed if we can manage to trade Eisley to Atlanta for example or Charlotte (they need a PG)

That's much better in my opinion than trading JJ for Nene or Marion for Z or something like that.

I thought we concluded the Chicago pick was protected, therefore couldn't be traded. Am I wrong?

We can trade the Chi pick but not the Suns pick because the Chi pick is top 3 protected and might not be there.

I would not trade the Chi pick unless it was for a very good player and a very good deal. The Chi pick could be top 5 next year or top 2 the next year and is worth a lot.

We need to keep that damn Chicago pick... trade away Vujacic's rights instead of that pick, that could be our future center!

I agree, if the suns really did like Martyn ?? this year, they might be able to get him next year with the 5th pick.

I forgot about Jerome James. I've read several times that the Suns like him. I'm not sure what it would take to get him, but it wouldn't surprise me if this is the guy they are working to get.

7-1/270, former D-1 blocks leader. Led Seattle in blocks the previous two years. He sounds like a decent candidate when all else fails.

Jerome is a classic underachiever. He has some great games and does nothing in others. I know he killed the Suns (on Feb 6 he went 6 of 8 ), but he only average 3.5 rpg in 15.2 minutes (he is foul prone). But it was one of only six times in the last three months he hit in double figures.
