Chance McMillian is out for the rest of the Texas Tech basketball team's Big 12 tournament game vs Baylor, a team spokesman confirmed midway through Thursday evening's game.
McMillian only played eight minutes in the first half and did not get into the box score as the Red Raiders built a 52-39 halftime lead.
McMillian was ruled out for the second half with an upper body strain.
Freshman guard Christian Anderson started the second half in place of McMillian.
