We're too small to get good breaks on licenses with Adobe so we're looking at alternatives for PDF's.
Corel PDF Fusion and Nuance PDF Creator seem to be getting lots of mention but both have issues.
Corel doesn't allow you to enter text into PDF forms, and its apparently not very easy to edit forms, if you replace a word the text will often look wrong, unless you replace one word with another word same amount of characters.
Nuance is really sketchy about registration, add memory, use an external HD etc and it will detect it, think you've installed it on a new computer, and tell you it needs to be registered again. IN many cases people get locked out and have to call service to get access again.
Has to be a legal software and one that can be used in a business.
