The difference being an additional torritilla on top, yah? I used to be a cheese crisp kid and grew into a quesadilla man. Maybe thats how I can recapture my lost youth, and coincidentally I have in my cupboard, exactly one tortilla.... Hmmmmmmmm.

No the main difference being what is in the title - CRISP. Not that pliable folded over stuff.

I'll take mine either plain, or with sliced avacado and tomato on top.

Oh man, Mi Nidito brings back some memories, dude... I got my ass tossed out of there once for harping on an incompetent waitress. but the food. Mmmmmm.

So, I can do a two tortilla cheesecrisp, as long as both sides are crispy? I always viewed the cheesecrisp as being single tortilla exposed cheese on top...

I don't know the rules of cheese crisp etiquete, you might need to ask someone a little more learned in the ways of the crisp.

I was more of an El Torero fan, it seemed to be more of a hidden gem than Mi Nidito. Or the place right across from the TCC was pretty good. It had some crazy shrine behind it with a ton of lit candles at night.

Who the hell gave you a non crisp quesadilla? They should be slapped.

Crispy is the only way to go with a quesadilla.
