I'm also curious to see how the OL plays on the road with crowd noise.
Didn't Rolle pick off Palmer 3 times in one game when Palmer was playing for the Bengals? Weren't they all Pick 6's but one got called back due to a penalty?
I'm curious to see how the Cardinals Defense bounces back against the short dump off passes and screens to RB Matt Forte. Stopping Forte will be the key for the Cardinals Defense IMO.

Wow I didn't realize that was Palmer. Yeah, it would have been a record - 3 pick sixes. Instead he just tied it. And the block was completely legal - at least then it was. It was the first I remember anybody ever being flagged for a blindside block.
Run, run, run, play action dagger, run, pass.
I think that plays right into the Bears strength.
I see us spreading the field out wide and deep big time and letting Fitz and CJ exploit the gaps. Running game won't show until the 4th qtr.
Go Cards!!!

Carson played Chicago twice as a Bengal. Once in Chicago in 2005. Bengals won 24-7 with CP 3 td 0 int. Again in 2009 in cincy. Bengals won 45-10 CP 5 TD 0 int. Cutler 3 ints.

Jared Allen is now playing OLB... And he'll be lined up over Big Earl much of the game I would imagine. Really big test for Earl.
Of course, if we can establish the run game against a questionable front 7, we can keep Earl from having to deal with Allen on a bunch of obvious passing downs...
Jared Allen isn't what he used to be. He's lost a step or 2 and that's from when he played for the queens 2 years ago so I don't see him as too much of a concern, but obvious passing downs still pose a threat no matter who you face.

I will be watching Big Earl this Sunday. He was pretty solid last week with a few flaws to work on. If he can keep building on that and have a good game against Allen then Massie may be riding the pine when he gets back.Jared Allen is now playing OLB...
