Kansas City lost running back Jamaal Charles with a possible concussion on the opening possession of its wild-card game at Indianapolis. Team officials said his return was questionable. Charles was hurt on his third carry of the game and stayed down on the ground for several minutes before walking off the field under his own power. Team trainers tended to him on the sideline, doing what appeared to be concussion tests, before walking with Charles into the locker room.
