From what I heard this morning on KTAR, he stole some sort of alcoholic beverages.

Just found this. Turns out he didn't pay for several bottles of beer. Seems that, in the great state of Indiana, all theft charges are felonies.

Kansas City television station KMBC reported Vrabel took bottles of alcohol from a casino eatery without paying for them. NFL Network reported the matter involved a bar tab and that there was confusion over how many beers should have been on it.
