You pick Justin Gilbert if he is for some reason available over just about anyone, IMO.

K9, if not Donald then what pass rusher would you think the Cardinals would be looking at, at #20?

Of course you didn't ask me, but I would guess the Cards OLB rankings go Clowney, Mack, Barr, Ealy, Ford and then Lawrence out of Boise St. Somewhere in there is Aaron Donald, but I don't really know for sure where they feel he fits. I would guess between Barr and Ealy, but that is just my guess.

For some reason, McShay and Kiper seem to think that UCLA OLB Anthony Barr May slide into the 20s. That's who I'd want.

I'll cop to not watching tape of Aaron Donald yet. What game should I watch that will have me walking away impressed that he can rush from the edge?

K9...here is something for you to look at. Compare Donald vs Florida St and Ealy vs Florida. The one thing that should jump out to you is how much quicker off the ball Donald is and how many more plays Donald creates. Also, Donald just looks more athletic than Ealy IMO.

I reviewed the Donald tape. It's interesting. He certainly plays with a lot of intensity, and he regularly commanded a double-team on the inside. He reminded me a lot of Darnell Dockett.

I can see why the Cards wanted to look at him as an OLB, because he makes a lot of good movement once he's playing forward on two legs and making plays in space. He has good pass rush moves.

Does he project as a Top 10 player in this draft? I don't personally think so. It looks to me that his frame is maxed out. He'll likely take off weight at the next level. He looks to me like a strongside defensive end in a 4-3 defense.

I'll look at the Ealy tape eventually here. That Florida State LT is good, and I'd like to learn more about #4 or #7 from Pitt.

Yeah, I don't get it either but Barr would be awesome. Matt Miller at Bleacher Report (a decent draft guy despite never being a pro scout) also shares the belief that if Barr gets past Tennessee, he oculd fall to Arizona because of lack of scheme fits.

I think the Jets would be waiting at 18 with open arms. ;) Imagine adding

Barr to Wilkerson, Coples , and Richardson. They would then go with

a WR or TE in the second. Or they could get Desean Jackson and then

steal Dee Ford from us at 18.

Re: Donald...his movement skills are what makes me feel like the Cards could take him, have him drop a bit of weight and play the rush OLB position. Not a lock, but I just really like the way he plays. I agree that he is not getting any bigger. His frame is maxed so he would have to be a 3-tech in a 4-3, DE in a 4-3 or OLB in a 3-4. The Cards aren't drafting him to play DE in base sets.

#4 for Pitt is Bam Bradley 6'2 230 Freshman, soon to be Soph.

#7 for Pitt is their QB Savage...you may want to double check the number. Maybe Keegan Buck #37. 6'1 215 DE soph last year.

Edit: re; Donald on two feet: I am impressed that he stays on his feet while moving through traffic. I believe that speaks to his athleticism. Many big guys really slow down or trip and fall when they are moving through muck.

Jets will be adding offensive play makers because they have nothing as far as offensive talent. And yes, I am including Eric Decker who is good, but a #2 at best. Will struggle with DBs in the AFC East.

Yeah, I think it was a linebacker or safety with a single-digit number. He jumped off the screen to me a couple of times because he reminded me of Daryl Washington; enough so that I wondered if he was benefiting from the presence of Donald, or the other way around.

#4 flashed for me. To me, it looked like he really exploited the holes as the offensive line set, especially when the defense shifted towards Donald.
