Tulsa Booker T. Washington boys basketball is taking home its 17th gold ball.

The Hornets cruised past Lawton 68-44 in the Class 5A state title game Saturday at State Fair Arena, winning their first championship since 2019.

Booker T. Washington had five players score in double figures LJ Scott (14 points), Mason Matulis (14), Isaac Sanders (12), Joc Mitchell (12) and BJ Harris (11).

Tavaris Deans led Lawton with 15 points.
