Ironically ESPN just did an outside the lines piece on JJ Redick and how fans taunt him with stuff like saying his brother is gay or a sign that said "I had sex with your sister" (who was 12 at the time). It's out of line but note the irony, Duke fans basically INVENTED the "clever" fan taunting with things like holding up wallets or carkeys for players rumored to have been "paid off", and some of the more "personal" chants.

Seems a bit hypocritical to be complaining about when your own fans do it, but the stuff with Paul and NC State is just assinine.

I don't condone what the MD fans did but Redick is a VERY demonstrative player, who plays for a school everyone loves to hate, with fans who routinely do precisely what MD fans were doing.

If Reddick is so offended by it why isn't he asking the Cameron Crazies to stop doing it too?
