Big Dan getting his 325 pounds up the mountain.

Haggans always sticks around during this time and does the trips up with the rookies every year since he has been here. He doesn't get enough credit for the stuff he does off the field IMO.

Good for DRC as well, as Lott called him, his PUP.

Hey Jim O if you read this, since all of these guys are new, if you guys do any more video's of the rookies would it be possible to put their names on the screen so we know who they are. Did it for a few of them but most were left nameless.

Me and my dad got into a discussion over who has had a bigger part in changing the mindset of the players over the past 3 years....Whiz or Lott. Having played a little football, having your strength coach working out with you and everyone pushing everyone you sure create bonds that last a lot longer than anything a coach can tell you to do.

I know I am a broken record on this, but DRC is going to have a ridiculously good year.

When he is focused and ready to go, he is just freaking scary.

With no Wiz there would be no Lott. If Lott leaves I trust Wiz would find a quality replacement.

Answer is Wiz.

Ya we were just comparing the two of them individually in a vacuum, not going through who would replace or if he would be here. I just argued that a GREAT strength coach, like Lott, that works out with the guys, pushes the guys, creates an atmosphere to help build bonds between the players when they are being physically pushed to their limits....its a huge asset and makes it just that much easier to take that mentality and trust to the field on gameday.

I'm with you on this Jim O-----He is a very special man indeed. I love how he helps solidify the bonding that Whiz stresses, and is looking for. Coach Lott is wonderful in his gathering of the minds and herding them into one direction. This is the beginning of the togetherness that Whiz works for. I also like the way that he acknowleges individual performance, as well as team buildling.
