Here are the basics...

1-Logan Thomas is going to get a lot of reps this offseason. They drafted him for the future knowing he needed a lot of work.

2-Wants big/fast RB, likes the depth of the draft, and thinks good players can be had in the 4th or 5th rounds.

3-Fitz struggled w/ the option routes early, but he was clicking with Palmer before Palmer got hurt.

4-Challenging Veldheer and Iupati to be a force in the running game even if teams know they are running to the left side.

5-Shipley and Larsen to battle for C spot.

6-Sendlein played last few months w/ injury. Team would like him back.

7-Offensive line is least of his concerns.

8-Cory Redding is the best leader he has worked with.

9-Calais Campbell needs to be more consistent. Vanishes at times in games.

10-Kareem Martin to try LB.

11-Woodley is an every down LB, and "crushes pockets."

12-Expectations haven't changed for Kevin Minter.

13-Wants to add a young/fast CB, doesn't see the need for vet.

14-Sees Bucannon as base S, and sub LB.

I wil update more, and check to see if I missed anything.

This team looks like it could go CB with the top pick because this mantra of "Bethel can be more than a special team player" is something they cannot convince themselves of no matter how many times they say that he can lol

I don't get that impression. I believe they understand they have Peterson locked up ling term, but both Powers and Bethel are free agents next year. Need a developmental CB to fill out the roster and potentially replace those guys if they leave. Byron Jones and Alex Carter both fit that mold and are guys who project to starting level NFL players.

Sounds like they're happy with the competition
for center as it stands. Still very high on Coop. Massie coming along, imo.

Injuries and overcoming past injuries have been huge obstacles for any org. and we sure haven't been spared that the last few years. Along with suspensions it's amazing we were in the thick of it with what we had.

Sounds like they'll go BPA and even could be flexable enough to trade down again if they get a good return. That way they could target a WR/KR

I wonder if they'd consider Peters or the Wake Forest kid KJ in the 1st. They're both rated about where we are drafting. Melvin Gordon and Tevin Coleman also qualifyfor big and fast. Anyone know what Coleman's injury concern is?

Otherwise it still looks like we may well target a Weak side pass rusher finally. Or does anyone think Martin will step up and be that guy?

--Arians would not discuss reports the Cardinals are interested in trading for Vikings running back Adrian Peterson. "I ain't saying jack. You trying to get me fined?"
--On not starting rookie quarterback Logan Thomas late last season: "We drafted him for two years from now, not for November. I was not going to let him fail. Once you fail, those scars never go away. It's hard to get the (confidence of) guys back in the locker room if you cost them the playoffs. I just wasn't going to put him in that situation."

--Arians said nose tackle Alameda Ta'amu struggled to come back from a knee injury last year and gained weight. "Ate himself out of a job."

i suppose after he was drafted that martin could have the similiar role of shaughnessy in this defense ,but with much more athletic ability
but then they tried to move him 3-4 DE but he didnt have the strenght and weight to play in that spot
martin is pretty fast for being 274,,he run 4.72 at combine, obviously he has to learn how to drop back in coverage ,but why they waste 1 year for something that was pretty clear?

Guess he could care less about Lindley then. No investment in him.

Ate himself out of a job. Awesome. Big reason why I'm loving Arians, poor last name notwithstanding.

Okafor is the WOLB. Shaughnessy is the SOLB. You tell me who you think they are looking to replace. I don't see us having an OLB who is under 255. They are OLB, and then drop to DE in sub packages. IMO, they are looking for Matt Shaughnessy's rush defense in base with John Abraham's pass rush skills is sub.
