I have to say, I like what the Suns are doing so far.
--Steph looks better than last year, if that's possible
--Marion keeps driving to the 6-8 ft range for high-percentage shots
--the Suns posted up Amare a ton last night; against the Spurs they had a different but still aggressive game-plan (drive-and-kick)
--Cabarkapa keeps getting plenty of PT, even though both games were close and he's not producing yet
and most importantly:
--Voskuhl looks like he'll get 40 mpg if he can stay out of foul trouble
--the Suns put Joe J at power forward instead of Marion when they went super-small last night
--the Suns are actually forcing other teams to go small against them--Silas took Boozer out of the game last night after an uncontested Joe J layup, and Nesterovic only played 15 min on Tuesday
--we've already seen Tall Ball, with Cabarkapa at small forward
I just wanted to get that out before the Lakers come to town and everybody's back to gloom and doom.
