Colgate ends 54-game losing streak to Syracuse, 100-85

SYRACUSE, N.Y. (AP) Colgate finally snapped Syracuse's imposing streak. Jack Ferguson and Nelly Cummings each hit six 3-pointers, Ferguson finishing with a career-high 25 points, and the Raiders beat Syracuse 100-85 on Saturday night to snap a 54-game losing streak to the Orange. Colgate (3-2) shot 46% overall, including 42% on 18 of 43 3-point attempts, outrebounded the Orange 44-34, and had 26 assists on 32 field goals.
