The season is over, but hiring season still rolls on. There are jobs still to be filled in college basketball. Many of them are closing in a hurry, though. On Wednesday, the most notable job still out there went off the market. Rhode Island announced what was considered likely: David Cox's promotion from within to be the Rams' coach. It's a good move; it likely ensures Rhode Island's roster stays in tact heading into next season. With that, the Rams have a shot at repeating as A-10 champions.
