Mets manager Terry Collins wants Matt Harvey to focus on his next start Tuesday night at Washington and stay away from the swirling controversy over his innings. Collins referred to Harvey's upcoming outing against the Nationals as ''the biggest of his career.'' He also said he plans to talk to Harvey about his innings soon. ''I'm going to have a conversation with him,'' Collins said before the NL East leaders faced the Marlins.
